This work includes a teaching-reference collection of 1,900 images reflecting the breadth of an introductory botany course. Also included are laboratory topics that may be printed and duplicated for the use of your students, a series of web-based lessons that may be incorporated into your course page, and computer-mediated pictorial interactions that can be used "as is" or serve as models for the creation of your own course material. The lab manual and the web-based lessons may be modified to address your teaching goals. Up to 50 images from the teaching-reference collection may be copied to your course page (there are hundreds of others associated with the web lessons that are also available for your course page). The materials on the CD constitute a set of invaluable tools to quickly develop curriculum materials in an electronic world.
